| Responsible for production planning and inventory distribution for two company owned and operated plants as well as contract manufacturing sites. The leader of production planning will sustain and continuously improve the company’s Demand Bases Supply (DBS) processes including training courses and DBS system enhancements. Individual will maintain a long range companywide production capacity strategy to include development of capital expansion plans. Facilitates the sales and operations planning (S&OP) process with Brand Leadership. Responsible for providing overall direction of demand based supply planning initiative, systems, and processes to include training to sustain the initiative. Lead the Supply Chain Core Team and plant leadership teams through quarterly capacity discussions and develop annual production and distribution plans. Work with Brand Leadership to develop demand forecasts for all product lines and facilitate the sales and operations planning process. Work with corporate planner and plant planners to develop production schedules and distribution plans for all service locations that will support the business. |
