| Manage the activities of the manufacturing operations through a team of supervisors and group leaders. Ensure the production of quality products that are delivered to the customer complete and on-time.Consistently improve the efficiency of manpower, materials, quality and machines through deployment of Lean Six Sigma. Responsible for 8/9 Supervisors and 150 non-union 2 shifts. Provide direction, development and leadership to the plant leaders. Deploy Lean Manufacturing techniques in the area of cost reductions, quality, safety, visual controls and plant performance measures.
